Who Datapack is, and what it answers for.

Datapack is a U.S. company. It is one provider for the infrastructure a business runs on: hosting specified by the vCPU and the gigabyte, dedicated servers, domains, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, backup and managed IT.

What we state, and what we do not.

A provider is trusted for what it can show. Each statement on the left carries its scope. What has not been confirmed is not written here.

  1. Datapack is a U.S. company.

  2. CPU and memory limits apply to each website. They are not pooled across a plan. NVMe storage is shared by the websites in a plan.

  3. Hosting plan prices are those of the client area. This site prints the figures listed there and links each plan to its own order page.

  4. The configurator shows no price. A build is sent as a request, and a quote for that specification follows by e-mail.

  5. Domain prices are not published on this site. A name is checked in the client area, which shows the price before you pay.

What we do not claim

on this site

  1. Facilities and hardware. This site makes no statement about who owns the buildings or the machines its services run on.

  2. Law from geography. This site draws no legal or regulatory conclusion from where a service runs.

  3. Figures we cannot evidence. Outside the published terms, no uptime percentage, tier, customer count, award or testimonial appears here until it can be shown and dated.

  4. Unlimited anything. Nothing here is described as unlimited, because nothing is.

  5. Other companies' marks. Vendor products are named in plain text. No vendor logo, badge or partner tier is shown.
